This section of the website is dedicated to compliance with the regulations arising from Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023, concerning the protection of individuals reporting violations of Union law and national regulatory provisions.

Subjects of Reporting

Reports may exclusively concern the following categories:

• Administrative, accounting, civil, or criminal offenses
• Illegal conduct relevant under Legislative Decree 231/2001 or violations of the organizational and management models established by it
• Offenses covered by EU or national acts related to the following sectors:
  • Public procurement
  • Services, products, and financial markets, anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing
  • Product safety and compliance
  • Transport safety
  • Environmental protection
  • Radiation protection and nuclear safety
  • Food and feed safety, animal health and welfare
  • Public health
  • Consumer protection
  • Privacy protection and personal data security
  • Network and information systems security
• Acts or omissions that harm the financial interests of the Union
• Acts or omissions concerning the internal market
• Acts or behaviors that nullify the purpose or goal of the provisions in the EU acts

Prohibited Reports

The Reporting System must not be used for reports that fall outside the categories listed above.

Furthermore, the following cannot be the subject of whistleblowing reports:

• Personal complaints or claims
• Relationships with superiors or colleagues

Reports are expressly prohibited if they:

• Contain defamatory expressions
• Are for defamatory or slanderous purposes
• Relate exclusively to private life, without any connection to the professional or work activity of the reported individual
• Have the sole aim of causing harm to the reported individual
