The new Delizie Bakery headquarters in Cherasco is not simply a relocation of production lines, but a significant investment in Industry 4.0. We have chosen to adopt advanced technologies that not only optimize the production cycle but also enable complete and interconnected monitoring of every phase, from start to finish. This system allows us to ensure maximum efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
A new chapter
With a clear vision for the future and a constant commitment to seeking new opportunities, the Costamagna family is ready to open a new chapter in their history. The new Delizie Bakery facility stands on a 36,000-square-meter area, once abandoned but now revitalized through a project that combines innovation, sustainability, and tradition. Located in the former Vico kiln, in the San Martino district of Cherasco, it symbolizes the company’s continuous evolution.
Sustainability at the core
The facility spans 15,000 square meters of indoor space, surrounded by 11,000 square meters of greenery. A production area that not only meets the company’s needs but also blends harmoniously with the surrounding landscape. The use of modern technologies and eco-friendly solutions allows Delizie Bakery to look to the future with a focus on energy sustainability, as shown by photovoltaic panels on the rooftops, helping significantly reduce energy consumption.
Territorial ties
The new facility is set in the natural context of the Langhe hills, where Delizie Bakery has deep roots. The redevelopment of an abandoned industrial site is not just a recovery, but a statement of intent: to respect history and the land. With a modern and functional design, the new site becomes a benchmark for the food industry of the future, combining aesthetics, functionality, and respect for the environment.
We chose defined lines and natural materials for a bright and welcoming environment. Water greets the entrance, reflecting our desire to integrate into the Langhe hills, where our idea was born.
